You can request the deletion of your data from Zagely at any time. This page explains exactly what we delete, how to request it, and how our automated Facebook data deletion works.

Triggers automatic deletion
Zagely ("we", "our", or "us") respects your right to control your personal data. You may request deletion of the data we hold about you at any time, free of charge.
This page describes the data we delete, the three ways you can request deletion, and how our automated Facebook Data Deletion Callback handles requests that originate when you remove Zagely from your Facebook account.
When you request deletion, we remove the following from our systems:
Your name, email, phone, avatar, and login credentials
Your Facebook user ID, access tokens, and linked pages
Encrypted session credentials and connected numbers
Contacts you imported and message history you created
Some records (such as billing and transaction history) are retained for up to 7 years where required by tax and accounting law, after which they are permanently deleted.
The fastest way to delete your data is directly from your dashboard:
Prefer us to handle it for you? Email a deletion request and we will process it manually.
Send an email from your registered address to privacy@zagely.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include your account email so we can verify your identity.
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
If you connected Zagely using Facebook Login, you can trigger data deletion directly from Facebook. When you remove Zagely, Facebook automatically notifies our Data Deletion Callback and we delete the data we obtained from your Facebook account.
How it works behind the scenes
Facebook sends a signed request to our secure deletion endpoint. We verify its signature using our app secret, delete your associated data, and return a confirmation code with a status URL you can use to track the deletion.
To disconnect a WhatsApp number and delete its session data without deleting your whole account:
Facebook connection tokens and active sessions are revoked
All personal data is permanently deleted from our active systems
Residual copies are purged from encrypted backups on their rotation cycle
Only legally-required billing records are retained, then deleted
Requests that arrive through Facebook receive a confirmation code and a status URL so you can verify the deletion was processed.
